Coworkly's lunchtime running sessions

Coworkly's lunchtime running sessions

At Coworkly, we're always looking for ways to bring people together beyond the usual work setting.

Since March, we've been running Tuesday lunchtime jogging sessions open to all our members, led by François, our Partner.

The idea was simple: offer an accessible sporting moment for everyone, with no focus on performance, but with a clear goal of connection and disconnecting from work.

An initiative to strengthen our community

Coworkly isn't just about desks and workspaces. It's also a community we build together, day after day.

These running sessions fit right into that mindset: creating different occasions to meet, chat, and strengthen the bonds between members, in a more informal setting.

A shared route

One of the great things about Luxembourg is that nature is always close by. That's especially true here, since we're surrounded by fields less than 100 metres from the office.

Every session was a chance to discover, or rediscover, the surrounding area. Between wooded paths, open landscapes, and more urban stretches, participants got to enjoy a variety of scenery.

Moving differently, together

In often busy days, these sessions offer a genuine break.

Taking the time to get outside, run at an easy pace, and share the moment helps step away from the usual work rhythm while staying in a positive frame of mind.

What's next

The experience has been a great success: the sessions continue and are branching out, with interval training joining the mix.
